YOUR JUST STUPID
Your just stupid my father said
As he threw my maths across the floor
I knew then I'd come to nothing
And bolted out the door.
I grew up and and got a job
Very boring work
What else could I do
I was just a stupid jerk.
One day I realized
My dad was very wrong
I knew I wasn't stupid
Then burst into song
Gave up my boring job
With such joy and glee
Went off to college
Got myself a degree
The power of that word stupid
Had caused me so much strife
Never call anybody stupid
It could end someone's life.
Now know I'm not
A CUPID STUNT at last;
So I challenge all of you
To say that one fast
Memories from childhood form much of what you are and how you deal with things in life. Recalling them can be refresshing and entertaining and disturbing.
